Types of Self-bonding wire
Standard Self-Bonding Litz Wire: Formed by twisting solvent or hot-air self-bonding enameled wires according to the required number of strands and structure.
Solvent Self-Bonding Silk-Wrapped Litz Wire: The standard litz wire is first wrapped with a layer of nylon or polyester filament, followed by an outer layer of solvent self-bonding filament.
Hot-Air Self-Bonding Silk-Wrapped Litz Wire: The standard litz wire is first wrapped with a layer of nylon or polyester filament, followed by an outer layer of hot-air self-bonding filament.
Hot-Air Self-Bonding Sheathed Litz Wire: A hot-air self-bonding nylon layer is extruded over the standard litz wire.
Hot-Air Self-Bonding Triple Insulated Litz Wire: A hot-air self-bonding layer is extruded over the standard triple-insulated wire.
